Membership
MEMBERS should log into their ‘MyCourts’ account to book a court.
As a member of HLTC you will benefit from the following:-
- Use of five all weather floodlit hard courts (floodlight tokens available to purchase from the club bar);
- Four lawn tennis grass courts (weather dependent), exclusive to HLTC adult members only;
- Online court booking facility via MyCourts system;
- Regular mixed, mens and ladies social sessions;
- Box leagues. Access the adult box leagues here. Access the junior box leagues here;
- HLTC teams matches (Mixed/Mens/Ladies);
- Adult and junior tournaments played throughout the year;
- Practice wall;
- Membership of the LTA (free of charge);
- By joining the LTA you will be eligible for entry into the annual draw for Wimbledon tickets;
- Use of all club facilities;
- Free on-site car parking whilst you are using the club facilities;
- Social membership of Horsham Sports Club (adults receive 20% discount at the bar plus special member rates for certain ticketed events and discounted room hire for private functions).
Members may bring a guest – please specify ‘guest‘ when you book the court. Payment can be made through your MyCourts account.
There is a combination code for access to the courts. This is changed regularly and emailed out to all members. Please check with the club office or at the bar for the current code.

You can apply by either by sending us your name/dob/preferred email address for membership (and details of anyone who is joining with you) and the category(ies) you wish to join to memberships@horshamsportsclub.com and we will invite you to complete a membership form and pay online by Credit Card, Paypal or Go Cardless bank transfer via our membership portal on ‘Love Admin’. Alternatively you can join by downloading and completing the membership form and returning it, with payment, to – Tennis Membership, The Club Office, Horsham Sports Club Cricketfield Road, Horsham RH12 1TE – You can pay by Bank transfer, CC, cheque or cash. You can pay monthly by DD – please submit your DD mandate, available to download below, with your membership application form.
Please note that any special deal membership offers must be paid in full for the first year of membership, and to qualify for any membership offer you cannot have been a member in the last 3 years.

Direct Debit Form
If you would like to pay monthly by Direct Debit please complete a membership form and a Direct Debit form and return to The Club Office, Horsham Sports Club, Cricketfield Road, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 1TE.
Please note Direct Debit payments are taken on the 27th of the month and will require 10 working days to set up. We therefore ask that you pay your first month’s membership in advance either by BACS, cash, cheque to Horsham Sports Club or by Credit Card in person or by phone during office hours.
