Bar Management Position
We have a vacancy for a bar management position at Horsham Sports Club and are on the look out for an enthusiastic and pro-active team member to join our thriving and friendly team. Key duties:
- Opening / closing the clubhouse and bar
- Overseeing the clubhouse and beer garden
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Serving and assisting members and visitors
- Cellar management / stock control
- Staff rostering, training and support
Key requirements:
- Strong leadership skills and a calm, practical approach
- Confident dealing with customers in all situations
- Organised, reliable and pro-active
- A genuine love of hospitality
- Previous experience in a pub or hospitality setting desirable but not essential as full training will be given
Working hours: We can offer flexibility of between 32 hours per week and up to 40 hours per week, to include weekends and evenings
Pay: From £31,500 per annum (negotiable subject to experience), based on a 40 hour per week contract (pro-rata for fewer hours)
