In 2021 Horsham Cricket Club celebrated it’s  ‘Sestercentennial’ anniversary – 250 years of cricket at the club!

As well as various celebratory events, the Club has commissioned a local artist, Paul Talbot, to create an oil painting of the ground and a photo of the finished article can be seen below. This original painting will be offered for sale by live auction in due course

The Sestercentennial committee propose to accept confidential bids by email at any time between now and the time of the live auction.  Interested parties are invited to submit bids on that basis at any time to horsham250@gmail.com and bidders will be informed if and when their bid has been exceeded.

In the meantime, we can offer for immediate sale a limited number of unframed prints, signed by the artist, at £35 each and I have attached a photo.  Please note that the photo shows one of the prints framed and hung but what we are selling are unframed prints so that buyers can make their own framing arrangements to suit their décor.

We also have notelets that have the painting reproduced on the front and the anniversary logo on the back.  These are blank inside so they can serve as greetings cards/thank you cards for any occasion.  These will be supplied in packs of five cards with envelopes at £10 per pack.

Prints and notelets are now available for sale. If you are interested in making a purchase please email the cricket treasurer, Colin Mitcham, on colin.mitcham@btinternet.com and he will arrange to get the merchandise to you.
