Girls Cricket! Horsham CC is looking to expand its growing girl’s section. If you’re in Year’s 6, 7, or 8 and would like to try cricket please get in touch. No previous experience is necessary. Although the outdoor season is over, we will still be training and playing indoors over the winter, starting with 5 sessions for U13s at Forest School 5-6pm on alternate Sundays commencing on 3rd Oct, and for U11s at Collyers on alternate Wednesdays 7.30-8.30pm starting 29th Sept. Cost is £25 for HCC members and £35 for non members

There will also be mixed training on offer for U8/9s at Collyers on alternate Wednesdays starting 6th Oct

The Women compete in the Womens Cricket Southern League, Championship division. (45 over matches played on Sundays), and in the Sussex Slam T20, (played midweek over the summer).

Our Women’s and girls outdoor training starts after the Easter break, weather permitting, at Horsham Cricket Club and is held on Thursdays (Start date and times for 2022 tbc)

We have Alan Smith as our Women’s coach, he’s very experienced, having coached and managed a number of Sussex girls age group teams in the past.

31st October 2021: The U13 and U15 girls had a special bowling masterclass on Sunday with Amy Gordon (Surrey Stars and Welsh Fire player). Amy gave them lots of really valuable tips to improve their bowling and they got to ask her lots of questions about being a cricketer.
