We have an exciting vacancy for a bar management position at Horsham Sports Club and are on the look out for an enthusiastic and pro-active team member to join our thriving and friendly team. Key duties:

Manage the busy clubhouse, bar and beer garden
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Serving and assisting members, sporting sections and visitors
- Cellar management / stock control

Staff rostering, training and support

Supporting events team
Key requirements:
- Strong leadership skills and a calm, practical approach
- Confident dealing with customers in all situations
- Organised, reliable and pro-active
- A genuine love of hospitality

Previous management experience in a pub/club or hospitality setting

Personal License Holder
Working hours: 40 hours per week, to include weekends and evenings
Pay: From £31,500 per annum (negotiable subject to experience)
